Bacterial Pathogen Control
VAM
Extremely concentrated phage driven solutions for pathogen control
Our VAM product line consists of extremely concentrated bacteriophage cocktails, formulated with 5 or more phage species per targetted pathogen. Composition is dependent on which serovars are present on your product and facility. VAM must be diluted at a ratio of 1:1000 to 1:5000.
VAM can be formulated to target Salmonella, Listeria or E. coli and is effective against resistant strains.

VAM-E
How are VAM solutions used?
Dilute at 1:1000 to 1:5000
Use within 2 weeks once diluted
-
Our VAM products contain extremely high concentrations of bacteriophages, allowing you to control it’s potency.
We suggest diluting VAM products between 1:1000 - 1:5000 before using.
-
Our VAM bacteriophage products are certified GRAS and are processing aids, under USDA 7120.1.
Enhance your food safety and pathogen control protocols with recognized and regulated products.
-
Unlike peracetic acid or chlorine, our VAM solutions are non-corrosive, prolonging the service life of your equipment like conveyor belts, chains, and machinery.
Reduce maintainenance related costs and interruptions with VAM.
-
VAM is non acidic and does not cause irritation to workers’ visual and respiratory systems.
Enhance food safety while also improving the well-being of your workers.
-
The use of peracetic acid and chlorine has lead to resistant bacteria that are stubborn to control.
Our VAM phage driven solutions are proven effective against bacteria that have devloped a tolerance to PAA and chlorine, allowing processors to control pathogens while reducing their chemical usage.
Apply via spray, dips or washes. Do not mix with PAA or chlorine.
1 year shelf-life when stored refrigerated before dilution
2°C - 4°C (35°F - 39°F)
Allow at least 30 seconds of contact time
BioStryke
Ready-to-use phage driven solutions with added antimicrobial and antioxidant properties
Our BioStryke product line consists of phage cocktails designed to target bacterial pathogens like Salmonella, Listeria or E. coli. The phages are stabilized and added to a proprietary solution that also provides general antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.
BioStryke can be formulated to target multiple pathogens simultaneously, giving processors an easy to use solution that eliminates pathogens while also controlling general spoilage bacteria.
Target pathogens while also enhancing shelf-life with our line of BioStryke products.
-
BioStryke is a ready-to-use product for processors and operators that prefer a simpler application method.
Control pathogens with convenience and effectiveness
-
BioStryke is a mixture of bacteriophages and a proprietary solution that also inhibits growth of general spoilage bacteria.
Target pathogens and enhance the shelf-life of your products with oen single solution.
